Inter-Library Loans (ILLs)

Inter-Library Loans (ILLs) provide access to materials required for research that are not held in IADT Library. If you have searched the Library’s Discovery Service and we do not have a book, journal article or other material you require for your research, we can apply to another library for the item. To apply for an ILL please fill in the Inter-Library loan form below or email infolib@iadt.ie.

Opening Hours

We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm outside of term time.

We will be closed from 12pm on Tuesday 23rd of December. We will reopen on Monday 5th January at 9am.

Evening opening will resume from Monday 19th January.

Saturday opening will resume from Saturday 7th February.

Resource

IADT passwords need to be reset every 90 days, even if they still work for email or the Hub. Also, if you see a "username cannot be identified" error, it’s usually just an expired password - resetting it, clearing browser cookies, and avoiding autofill should fix the issue. Click here for the ICT FAQs page which has instructions, or email ictsupport@iadt.ie.

Please note we will be closed the Saturday of Bank Holiday weekends, Bank Holiday Mondays, and any other public holidays (such as St. Patrick's Day etc).

To log in: click the ‘Sign In’ button on the top right of the page. Enter your IADT email address in the box, hit enter, and click the box saying ‘Continue to Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology’. You will be brought to an IADT branded sign-in page. Enter your student number and your regular IADT password.
