    Resource

    IADT passwords need to be reset every 90 days, even if they still work for email or the Hub. Also, if you see a "username cannot be identified" error, it’s usually just an expired password - resetting it, clearing browser cookies, and avoiding autofill should fix the issue.     Please note we will be closed the Saturday of Bank Holiday weekends, Bank Holiday Mondays, and any other public holidays (such as St. Patrick's Day etc).
